About PR.I.M.E.

PR.I.M.E. arises from the desire to make Erasmus+ more accessible.

It’s a project co-funded by the European Union – Erasmus+ Programme (KA2).

 

Main goals

  • enhancing the skills of the partner organisations’ staff in order to manage high-quality mobility projects involving Participants With Intellectual Disabilities (PWID) in VET, ADU and YOUTH sector
  • creating specific and innovative tools for the staff involved in inclusive mobilities
  • promoting greater participation of PWID in Erasmus+ and ESC mobilities
  • generating innovation and internationalisation of the partner organisations

Activities

  • Face-to-face and online Project meetings
  • ‘Sharing expertise moments’ and online trainings in a peer-to-peer approach between the partners
  • Collection of existing materials and tips, and creation of new innovative tools to answer the needs and gaps emerged from the ‘Need Analysis’
  • A testing phase (locally and during a mobility Training Test) with people with intellectual disabilities to improve the outputs
  • Dissemination activities to share results and assure a strong impact

Results

  • a “Need Analysis Report”
  • a “Handbook” with guidelines and tips
  • Official documents in easy language and ‘Guidelines’
  • OERs tools to support pre-departure preparation of people with intellectual disabilities and their learning process within a mobility experience
  • an e-Learning platform containing all outputs and training materials
  • development of competences of staff working to create inclusive mobility experiences
  • strengthening the cooperation of the partnership
